เนื่องจาก ปัญหาภาวะเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบัน ทางโครงการห้วยแก้วเรสสิเดนซ์จึงมีนโยบาย

ปรับราคา ค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ

จากปกติ ราคาค่าไฟ หน่วยละ 7 บาท เปลี่ยนเป็น หน่วยละ 6 บาท

ราคาค่าน้ำ 7 หน่วยแรก 170 บาทต่อเดือน เปลี่ยนเป็น 7 หน่วยแรก 150 ต่อเดือน

หมายเหตุ ราคาที่ปรับลดลงเริ่มใช้ตั้งแต่ เดือน มิณุนายน พ.ศ. 2552

Why doesn’t anyone ever bother to get anything checked before posting?

Anything unusual about this picture?  

หาม should be ห้าม as in “No vehicles of any kind beyond this point.”

หาม  is like แบก - 

Without the tone mark its something along the lines of  ”All vehicles beyond this point are to be carried on (your) back.”

กรุณา please (written/formal)
อย่า don’t
อ้วก puke (informal)
โถฉี่ urinal (โถ = big jar/bowl, ฉี่ = to piss)
