It just came out in Chiang Mai today so I went and saw it. Pretty good stuff. I’d like to see the original Spanish version however.
Try and skim through it first and I’ll put definitions and explanations at the bottom. The post is pretty lengthy although the article is not.
When reading, skip stuff you don’t understand. Don’t bother looking it up. Just try to read it and see how much you can understand. Its a waste of time to look up every word. Only start looking up words when you’ve seen them a few times.

ไปถึงสถานที่เกิดเหตุ – reach the scene of the (accident, fire, crime, etc depending on context) **If that is a bit much for you at this point…start with ไปถึง + place_name if you don’t already have that in your head.
หนีออกมาจากบ้าน – escape from the house – **start with หนีออก – escape (heading out from inside somewhere) - หนี is a very common word and not just in the news.

I like this word สยอง (สะ หยอง low-rising). Its used in the ads and often titles of horror movies pretty often.

This part is a mouthful and kinda strange in retrospect as I don’t remember this being mentioned in the movie.

Quick translation – They are following the fire department as they go out to help a woman who is trapped in a burning building.
เมื่อนักข่าวและทีมไปถึงยังสถานที่เกิดเหตุ - when the reporter and team (of fire fighters) reach the scene of the whatever…
**ไปถึงยัง here is fairly common in written, but its meaning is no different then ไปถึง so don’t stress about it like I did.
กลับพบว่าค่ำคืนอันสงบสุขกำลังถูกทิ่มแทงด้วยเสียงอันน่าหวาดกลัว
Bit of a mouthful here…hard to break up without confusing the meaning.
กลับพบว่า – the กลับ here is not like the one for going home. Here it signifies they they found something contrary to what they expected. In this case, the fireman were rushing to what they assumed to be a fire or some other emergency, but they arrived on the scene to find no fire and everything rather quiet.
ค่ำคืน อัน สงบสุข a quiet night (lit. it translates to something like – a night of peaceful proportions)
ค่ำคืนอันสงบสุขกำลังถูกทิ่มแทงด้วยเสียงอันน่าหวาดกลัว
so this peaceful night is being pierced (ถูกทิ่มแทง) by a terrifying sound (เสียง อัน น่าหวาดกลัว)
การรายงานข่าวทางทีวี ในครั้งนี้ กลับกลายเป็น สิ่งที่น่าสะพรึงกลัว อย่างไม่คาดคิดมาก่อน
