2. PAID SERVICES AND ACCESS TYPES

LTfaWG offers several types of paid access to premium language learning content. These offers are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect existing memberships or agreements:

2.1.1 Learn Thai Inner Circle Subscription

Recurring subscription service with automatic billing on your selected schedule.

2.1.2 Fixed-Term Access

Non-recurring access for a specific time period (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) with no automatic renewal.

2.1.3 Lifetime Access

One-time purchase providing access to content for the customer's lifetime, non-transferable upon death. Access terminates if LTfaWG ceases operations or if the website becomes unavailable for any reason. Subject to terms in Section 3.2.

2.1.4 Legacy Lifetime Access

Customers who purchased lifetime access before LTfaWG became an LLC retain their access rights under the original terms of purchase, subject to website availability. This may include access to specific courses or content rather than the current version of the full platform.

2.2 Subscription Billing Authorization

For recurring subscriptions, you authorize LTfaWG to charge your payment method according to your selected billing schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) until you or we cancel the subscription.

2.3 Billing Schedule

• Billing is handled by our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and ThriveCart) according to the time interval of your selected subscription plan and their standard billing practices
• Fixed-term access purchases are one-time charges with no recurring billing

2.4 Failed Payments

For subscriptions, if a payment fails, you must update your payment information or your subscription will lapse. A late but successful payment maintains your original renewal schedule.

2.5 Cancellation

Recurring Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription:

• Through your account dashboard, or
• By emailing [email address protected] at least 2 business days before your next renewal date
• Email cancellation requests may require 2 U.S. business days to process

Fixed-Term and Lifetime Access: These do not require cancellation as they do not auto-renew.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time customers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 50% of content in any of the 4 courses. This applies to:

• First-time subscriptions
• Fixed-term access purchases
• Lifetime access purchases

3.2 Access-Type Specific Refund Terms

3.2.1 Recurring Subscriptions

• Monthly/Weekly/Bi-weekly: Accessing more than 50% of any course content voids refund eligibility
• Quarterly/Semi-Annual/Annual: After 30 days, no refunds are provided, but access continues until the end of your paid period
• Renewal Payments: Non-refundable except at LTfaWG's sole discretion under extraordinary circumstances.

3.2.2 Fixed-Term Access

After the 30-day period, no refunds are provided, but access continues for the full purchased term.

3.2.3 Lifetime Access

• Current Lifetime Access: Valid for the customer's lifetime, non-transferable. Includes access to content available at time of purchase; new content or courses may require separate purchase. Access terminates if LTfaWG ceases operations or the website becomes unavailable
• Legacy Lifetime Access: Honored under original purchase terms for the specific courses or content included in the original purchase; access continues as long as the website operates and subject to the same non-transferable limitations

3.2.4 Alternative Payment Methods

Bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable for all access types.

3.3 Refund Processing

Refund processing may take up to 30 days, though subscription refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days.

3.4 Prohibited Conduct Exclusion

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms, including automated content scraping or other prohibited activities.

4. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Chargebacks harm our business and may result in account suspension and permanent blacklisting. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes.

13. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

13.1 Cancellation by You
