Bitcoin Explained in Thai

I was just explaining bitcoin to somebody and I realized that I hadn’t really read too much about it in Thai.  Here’s a breakdown of the wiki for bitcoin so you can see the key vocabulary.  It helps if you know some of the various words for money in Thai.  There’s also a few words in here that may come up when you visit the bank.  Below is an excerpt from the Wikipedia entry for Bitcoin so you can practice reading about BTC in Thai.

บิตคอยน์ (อังกฤษ: Bitcoin) เป็นเงินตราแบบดิจิตัล และระบบการชำระเงินแบบเพียร์ทูเพียร์ ที่ได้รับการพัฒนาโดยโปรแกรมเมอร์นิรนามที่ใช้นามแฝงว่า ซะโทชิ นะคะโมโตะ (ญี่ปุ่น:中本哲史 Satoshi Nakamoto ?) เริ่มใช้งานครั้งแรกในปี ค.ศ. 2009 โดยเป็นเงินตราที่เรียกว่า “Cryptocurrency” ใช้การเข้ารหัสในการควบคุมการสร้างและโอนเงิน [1]
